Expect a creative, energetic, and embodied morning movement led by Liz Merci, an experienced yoga teacher. After the flow, we will perform a coastal clean-up led by Saltwater Classroom and enjoy coffee and pastries from a local bakery. Bring your own mat and a mug for coffee!
